Overview
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the internal sales & marketing functions, assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and managing marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational, communication, and attention to detail skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Provide marketing support to the UK team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing meeting agendas, and handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails, in relation to core marketing activities.
● Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including developing and tracking campaign goals, researching and identifying target audiences, creating marketing materials, and coordinating with agency partners.
● Manage marketing materials, including the website and social media profiles as well as traditional formats such as brochures, and ensure that content and design are up-to-date and compliant with brand guidelines.
● Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyse marketing data to assess campaign performance, and provide insights to the business leaders.
● Maintain marketing databases, tools and CRM systems.
● Assist with social media management, including creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand mentions.
● Assist with events planning, including coordinating with agencies and suppliers, setting up and breaking down event spaces, and handling logistics.
● Represent the brand at industry events and conferences.
● Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
● Help with SEO & SEA improvement bases on all performance tools (Google analytics etc…)
● You’ll be working closely with the marketing team in the Netherlands

Desired skills and abilities:

● Experience with creating graphics across basic tools such as Canva
● Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, WordPress))
● Experience with the Google suite (e.g. Analytics)
● Experience with running or attending events
● Understanding of SEO & PPC
● Understanding of the design and print process
